Our Journey to Here
Hello Masterpieces,
Thee Art of Me began in 2015 with the publication of Thee Art of Me: 30 Strategies to Discover Your Self-Worth, a best-selling multimodal book blending stories, poetry, monologue, and reflective journaling. As readers connected with its message, Phyllis began leading workshops inspired by the book’s themes. What started as a publication grew into a creative wellness practice devoted to nurturing personal transformation through written expression.

About Thee Art of Me
Thee Art of Me is rooted in the belief that personal transformation begins with written words. Through journaling, storytelling, and reflective workshops, we guide overthinkers and those who give more than they receive from mental clutter to mental clarity. We also offer one-to-one consultations to clarify yourself, your business, or your message.

Our approach is grounded in Phyllis’ personal Self-Emancipation framework, which centers on six keys: self-compassion, self-care, self-worth, self-expression, self-awareness, and self-mastery. Through this framework, we honor the uniqueness within each person and promote a culture of authenticity, empowerment, and creative well-being.

Mission
Thee Art of Me uses journals, workshops, and storytelling to guide people toward wholeness and freedom through written words.
Vision
We envision a space where writing becomes more than expression — it becomes a mirror, a guide, and a companion for growth.
