Our Journey to Here
Welcome Masterpieces,

About Thee Art of Me
In 2015, Thee Art of Me: 30 Strategies to Discover Your Self-Worth! was published as a best-selling multimodal book, featuring short stories, poems, a monologue, and thought-provoking journal entries. Phyllis began leading workshops inspired by the book. The book evolved to a brand dedicated to creative and nurturing transformation. Our brand is rooted in the belief that personal transformation starts with written words. We guide empaths and deep feelers on a journey of self-discovery through journaling, storytelling, and reflective workshops.

Our approach is centered on six keys of Self-Emancipation:
Self-Compassion, Self-Care, Self-Worth, Self-Expression, Self-Mastery, and Self-Awareness.

Through this framework, we celebrate the uniqueness of each individual—promoting a culture of authenticity, empowerment, and creative well-being.
Mission
Thee Art of Me uses journals, workshops, and storytelling to guide people in finding wholeness and freedom through written words.
In
Vision
We envision a space where writing becomes more than expression—it becomes a mirror, a guide, and a healing companion.
